If  you should receive a damaged or defective product from us please immediately contact us by phone or by email at [email protected]. We will make every effort to get a replacement to you as quickly as possible.

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us at Designer Décor Direct however buyers should be aware that all of our products are custom, made to order goods and are therefore non-returnable.  Buyers who receive a a product that is not damaged or defective but which is no longer wanted should contact us to discuss a solution.  Buyers can count on us to bend over backwards to achieve a satisfactory resolution.
