Shipping and Delivery

PRODUCTION TIMES

Our products are all custom made to order. Most orders can be completed and ready to ship in 10 to 14 days. Large orders may take longer. Wallcovering and framed prints may take longer. Rush orders are available if needed – please contact us to discuss your needs.

All domestic US orders are shipped standard ground service and will usually arrive within 3 to 5 days of shipment. Overnight and 2nd Day Express service can be arranged if needed. Large commercial orders will be palletized for common carrier transport tailored to the clients needs.

PACKAGING

We take great pride in the high quality craftmanship of our products and that pride of workmanship extends to the packaging of your order. All artwork will be bubble wrapped with corner protectors before placing it in a custom made box with a protective cardboard liner.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

We ship via USPS or FedEx or UPS ground for shipments 40 x 65 and under. Products whose size exceeds 40 x 65 via common carrier. For orders shipped internationally we typically ship via DHL.

TRACKING

You will be notified and provided a tracking number when your order ships. You can also check the status of your order on your account profile page.
